ECC Performance Art Terms and Conditions

("Agreement")
This Agreement regulates your use of eccperformanceart.eu (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and of the services offered via ECC Performance Art (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”). For specifications on the use of ECC Performance Art’s Workroom please visit the Workroom’s website at: http://s815676443.onlinehome.us/

By using or accessing the Website in any way, or purchasing services via the Website (enrolling in courses or workshops), you are accepting the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Derogating or different conditions shall not apply unless agreed to in writing.

Service description

ECC Performance Art is a teaching institute using online classes and workshops. The subscription to online courses and workshops is subject to a one-off fee.

Purchase process and payment security

Unless otherwise stated, students may enroll in the Provider’s classes and workshops using the respective course’s or workshop’s “Enrol” button or via the Website’s general “Enrolment” tab. Upon completing the application form and clicking “ok” at the bottom of the application page, students are forwarded to the payment page. ECC Performance Art uses Mollie payment system in order to ensure maximum security. Mollie’s security and data protection guidelines can be found here: https://www.mollie.com/en/privacy

Enrolment is only complete upon receipt of payment by the Provider. Split payment is possible. Please contact Provider for details. Course prices include Dutch VAT tax.

Provision of services

Courses and workshops are delivered on the days and at the times displayed in each course’s/workshop’s dedicated page. Enrolment may be subject to deadlines, attendance limitations or further conditions. The Provider expressly reserves the right to exclude students whenever such conditions or any conditions of this Agreement are not met.

In order to attend online classes, students must adopt common and updated technologies, such as a common and up-to-date internet browser or video plugins. Specific technical requirements for each course are displayed in the relevant product page. Online classes are comprised of both live video sessions  using Zoom video conferencing systems, and an online classroom, the ECC Performance Art Workroom: http://s815676443.onlinehome.us/ You can find Zoom’s privacy policy here: https://zoom.us/privacy The live sessions are being recorded for course facilitation purposes such as remote participation. 

Workshop formats will be announced individually on the workshop website.
