Cancellation Policy
General Cases
If a course or workshop has to be cancelled from the Provider’s side, the user will receive a full refund of the respective enrolment fee. If essential parts of the class or workshop such as lecturer, date or time, have to be changed from the Provider’s side, the Provider is obligated to inform the user at the earliest time possible. Students then have the right to withdraw within 5 days after notification and receive a full refund of the enrolment fee.
Refund policy
Unless otherwise specified in a course or workshop description, cancellations by students up to 4 weeks in advance of the start date of the classes or workshops will be eligible for a full refund of the enrolment fee. Cancellations less than 4 weeks before the class or workshop start date are not eligible for a refund. In order to cancel participation and receive a full refund, students must submit a written statement indicating their intent to withdraw to info@ecc-performanceart.eu
